Robert Hniedziejko is the founding partner of Professional Choice Mortgage, LLC. He is a 1981 graduate of Rutgers University, with a major in accounting-finance. He has 25 years experience in accounting, finance & taxation, and is the managing partner Of the CPA Firm, Hniedziejko, Hallman & Associates.

His responsibilities at Professional Choice Mortgage include accounting,licensing, human resources, marketing and loan officer education. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Hniedziejko still actively secures residential & commercial mortgages for his clients.

A genuine belief in the “Customer for Life” principal, is what fuels the companies success!

Karen Pavlovich
Managing Partner-Operations

Karen Pavlovich is the managing partner at Professional Choice Mortgage, LLC and is responsible for the daily operations of the company. She is a 1986 graduate of Rowan University. She has 15 years experience processing mortgages from the point of sale to closing. She has a thorough knowledge of all conventional, FHA, VA, & non conforming loans, in the mortgage market place.

Her responsibilities at Professional Choice Mortgage, include managing the processing of loans, post closing, mortgage product information, investor relations, and daily supervision of loan officers.

In addition to these responsibilities, Mrs. Pavlovich still actively secures residential & commercial mortgages for her clients. Making their dreams of homeownership a reality!
